Looks Mischa has signed on to star in a new comedy called The Science of Cool. IMDB is reporting that Mischa’s character will be named Jane and the official MySpace for the film and the production company are also reporting Mischa as the latest addition to the cast. For all the Friday Night Lights fans, also starring in the film is Jeremy Sumpter (who played J.D. McCoy).

There is a formula for being cool!

This is another independent film with a tiny budget of around $6 million (also according to IMDB). And from the MySpace is this take on the film: The Science of Cool promises to be a hilarious, modern take on some of the most classic 1980′s teen films such as Weird Science, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and Sixteen Candles.

Watch the trailer for Mischa’s upcoming independent drama “Don’t Fade Away”. The film also stars True Blood’s Ryan Kwaten, Beau Bridges and Ja Rule.

This is Mischa’s fourth editorial spread in just a couple of weeks. It’s really cool seeing her cater to different magazines and different countries. BlackBook in the US, FHM in the UK, Marie Claire in Spain and now Vanity Fair in Italy.
