So Mischa Bartonmay not be mixing it up with Ashlee Simpson-Wentz on The CW’s “Melrose Place” this pilot season, but her new project will boast a co-star with a musical background.
The network confirms that “High School Musical”‘s Corbin Bleu (Chad Danforth) has been cast in Ashton Kutcher‘s “A Beautiful Life” as a male model with a Lenny Kravitz-type vibe. Bleu is not signed on as a series regular, but will definitely appear in the pilot.
Other names attached include Sara Paxton (“Summerland”), Benjamin Hollingsworth (“The Cutting Edge 3″), Ashley Madekwe (“Secret Diary of a Call Girl”) and Nico Tortorella.
So, Corbin Bleu. Smart move on The CW’s part, no? How many of you “HSM” fans are into this news? Make you a little more interested in the show?
Thought it was time for mischa-b.com to join the world of social networking. So with that in mind, I’ve set up a Twitter page for mischa-b which I’ll be using to keep you guys updated along with the regular updates on this site. The Twitter page will mainly be used for things that don’t make it to the main site; random articles, pictures, reviews, small pieces of news, rumours etc. I’ll also be able to let you guys know if I’m unavailable to update for whatever reason. Not sure if this idea will take off, but I thought I’d give it a try. Follow me?
