Mischa Barton is the new face of PHILIPP PLEIN Couture A/W 2010

Real, Rocking, Rebellious – 24 year old actress is the star of the new PHILIPP PLEIN campaign, demonstrating her true beauty, representing an unique, luxurious and contemporary Rock ´n` Roll style. The campaign shooting took place in Los Angeles at legendary James Goldstein Mansion, built by famous architect John Lautner in the 1960´s in the Hollywood Hills. For the day four different locations were planned, presenting Mischa Barton in the style of Brigit Bardot with big hair, strong black make-up on the eyes and nude on the face as a glamorous and sexy Rock `n´ Roll Diva.

“Being in the limelight for a young and beautiful girl, the looks of course always get a lot of attention, Mischa Barton got a lot and learned to live with her fame. For me it was the big challenge to again show her as a Diva, a Rock ´n` Roll Goddess”, explains Philipp Plein. The campaign will be seen in international issues of top fashion magazines worldwide.

Photos of Mischa at The Green Party hosted by Chopard and Muzo International have been added. This event actually took place on May 19th but it doesn’t look like any English publications covered the party so it went a little under the radar. Thanks to Chuckia for the tip! I’ve attempted to locate as many photos as I could in the largest sizes I could find, but I’d love to hear from people if anyone happens to stumble on more.

Candids of Mischa leaving the Artists for Peace and Justice Party following the amfAR gala have been added. Mischa is wearing a dress by Marchesa in these candids – Marchesa also made Mischa’s white gown.

I’ve also added many additional shots to the amfAR gala album since the initial update.

Photos of Mischa looking beyond amazing in two different outfits at the 2010 amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala have been added. There are several other familiar faces in photos with Mischa including Diane Kruger, Roberto Cavalli and Georgina Chapman of Marchesa.

As we know, Mischa is now in France at the Cannes festival where she’s recently attended the Replay Party (to which I’ve added some extra photos). But just now I’ve stumbled on a set of candids from May 18th following the Rosa Clara runway.  The pics are of Spanish actor Roger Berruezo walking Mischa back to her hotel after they had been out clubbing with some friends.
