Really stunning photos of Mischa at the P3R Showroom in Century City have been uploaded. The photos are currently only in mq quality but I’ll try replace them with higher quality versions as soon as I can.
Anyone else sick of the media scrutiny being placed on Mischa’s weight? She adds a pound and she’s “fat”, then she loses a pound and she’s “too skinny”. STFU and go look at yourselves in the mirror. /end rant
The trailer for Mischa’s upcoming independent drama “Don’t Fade Away” has surfaced online thanks to New Films International. I’m extremely happy to see Mischa in a drama like this.
Life was easy for Jackson White. With looks, brains, and athletic ability, the world’s possibilities seemed limitless. But, when he came to New York City to pursue a career in the music industry, he was so seduced by money and status that he lost track of who he was. Now, with both his personal and professional lives on the edge of ruin, he’s been called home to care for his dying father. While in North Carolina, he’ll have to confront the friends he lost track of and the girl he never met. Film stars Mischa Barton, Ryan Kwanten, Beau Bridges and Ja Rule.
Candids of Mischa from February 10th of her leaving after having sushi with friends in Hollywood have been uploaded. Rumours are that she’ll be attending New York Fashion Week which begins on the 13th. Hopefully she does attend cause we always get a stack of pictures whenever she attends a fashion week.
Mischa was interviewed while at a Herbal Essences photocall a little while ago. Below is a media interview conducted by a Portuguese media outlet so unfortunately a lot of it is in a different language. Mischa’s answers are in English so you’ll be able to understand at least a portion of it. Thanks to Marie for the tip!
There also a leaked clip of Mischa’s upcoming Bhopal: A Prayer for rain dealing with a gas tragedy in India. The clip features Martin Sheen.
I’m sure most of you have read the tabloid gossip speculating that Mischa is in the middle of a love triangle between Luke Pritchard and Tom Wright. She’s now personally addressed this matter and set the record straight. Courtesy Mischa’s Official Blog.
I’m sure you’ve all heard the rumors about the alleged “love triangle” between Luke Pritchard, Tom Wright and me, so I just wanted to take this opportunity to clear the air on this matter. There is not now, nor has there ever been a “feud” between the three of us; Tom is a close friend of mine and we hang out with a lot of the same people in London. If I’m dating anyone right now, it’s Luke.
Luke is an amazing guy and we enjoy spending time together, but we’ve only been seeing each other for a few weeks and we’re taking it slow.
I hope this clears things up for everyone.
Mischa is featured on the March 2009 cover of Dolly magazine in Australia and scans have been uploaded to the site. This marks Mischa’s 6th time on the cover of Dolly! The current cover also features a stunning new photo of Mischa with the article inside highlighting what Mischa’s been up to over the past year.
ETA: Turns out the the photo is actually from a Nylon magazine shoot. Thanks to Lillinka on her keen eyes!
Here is a first look at the poster for Mischa’s upcoming independent drama “Don’t Fade Away”. As you can tell by the poster, the film also stars True Blood’s Ryan Kwanten and veteran actor Beau Bridges.
This post is just a personal message from me and is thus not Mischa related but should be of particular relevance to all our Australian visitors.
Just wanting to give a heads up to the Aussies out there that the Red Cross and The Salvation Army in association with various governmental tiers have launched a charity appeal for the victims of the Victorian bushfire tragedy from earlier this week. Over 700 homes have been destroyed, 330,000 hectares of land has been burnt out, thousands of people are homeless and its feared the death toll could reach 200. Not to mention the fact that fires are still currently burning. Online donations from as little as $5 can help the people who have literally lost everything in what is now the worst bushfire incident in Australian history. You can also head on over to various banks and retailers to make a donation in person. We can’t change what happened, but we can stand behind Victoria as a strong and generous nation to support the victims of this tragedy as much as possible.
On a positive note, in less than a day over $10 million was raised to support the victims! And as an aside, The Salvos are also continuing to collect for the victims of the devastating floods in North Queensland just prior to the bushfire tragedy.
