Just a quick reminder for everyone in the US to tune in to Law & Order: SVU tomorrow night (March 3rd) on NBC at 10pm. Mischa guest stars as a pregnant prostitute named Gladys.
Ashley Madekwe has claimed that Mischa Barton is “really professional on set”. The Secret Diary actress, who starred alongside Barton in the now-dead CW series The Beautiful Life, said that she did not understand recent reports which suggested the former O.C. star was a ‘nightmare’ to work with.
“Working with Mischa was awesome! I really like her – she’s a really sweet girl and she’s really professional on set,” Madekwe exclusively told Digital Spy.
“We had loads of fun because we played bitchy rivals, so it was always fun saying catty lines to each other.” She added: “I didn’t hear any reports that she’d been acting up. She definitely wasn’t – she was there on time every day and working hard like everybody else.” Discussing the axed series, she said that it was “a great idea” but suggested that “it wasn’t executed as well as it could have been”.
Madekwe currently stars in Secret Diary of a Call Girl, which airs Mondays at 10pm on Showtime in the US and Thursdays at 10pm on ITV2 in the UK.

Paramount Home Entertainment has announced Homecoming which stars Mischa Barton, Jessica Stroup, and Matt Long. The Morgan J. Freeman directed horror will be available to own from the 27th April. The only extra material will be additional scenes.
A former small-town golden boy (Matt Long) and his new girlfriend (Jessica Stroup) come back to visit his hometown and discover his high school sweetheart (Mischa Barton) has developed an unhealthy obsession with him. His ex-girlfriend’s desperation slowly but surely becomes apparent, and all hell breaks loose as she does everything it takes to get him back.
Mischa Barton places great importance on experimenting with fashion.
The actress-turned-designer – who has launched her own range of handbags – believes it is necessary to take risks when choosing outfits, as this process will help you discover your own sense of style.
She said: “I style myself and I don’t always get it right, but that’s half the fun – you have to experiment to get your own look. It’s not worth getting upset about. Be yourself and wear something that embodies your own sense of style.”

The 24-year-old beauty works hard to select her own wardrobe and believes it is important to look to others for ideas, while understanding you might not always get it right.
She told more! magazine: “I am inspired by Marianne Faithfull, Vivienne Westwood and Anita Pallenberg. I also think Pixie Geldof has cute style.
“I like to have fun with fashion and make it my own. I like to try new shapes – sometimes it works, sometimes not, but it’s always fun trying, which is what fashion is all about!”
