Handbag Collection

International actress and fashion trend setter Mischa Barton introduced her collection of handbags in July 2008. The collection,  which is inspired by “vintage treasures” from Mischa’s international travels, is an eclectic mix of totes, drawstring bags, small clutches and oversized slouch bags. There is a style and colour to suit every person and every need.

An exclusive press launch at the Sanderson hotel in London was attended by more than 30 journalists from a range of media including The Telegraph, Easy Living, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Sunday Times Style, Endemol (TV production company) and Radio One. The press day generated a full page interview with Mischa in The Telegraph, features in The Guardian, Hello, Heat, the London Paper, a six page feature in ASOS magazine with front cover shoot, an interview on Radio One and Mischa’s participation in ‘Gok’s Fashion Fix’ for Channel 4.

After a highly successful launch, Mischa has since gone onto introducing diverse new styles and colours manufactured with new leathers and fabrics that sit along the old favorites. Coloured metallic snakes, patents, pearlised leathers, and statement tapestries are all hot fabrics featured through the collection, many beautifully embellished with jewels and antique brass hardware. Each design also features Mischa’s trademark flower emblem that was initially hand drawn by Mischa herself.

The Mischa Barton collection is available from leading department stores and boutiques across the UK, Australia and various European countries. Prices range from £20 to £195.
